For sale is my Marshall DSL401 40 watt tube amplifier. I bought this used from a fellow on Ebay about 2 years ago and have only played through it about 3 times. Amp has four EL84's which are JJ's and four ECC83's. I'm not sure what brand the ECC83's are but they are branded with the Marshall logo on them. The speaker is a 12 inch Celestion Gold Back. I've only played the amp softly but I used to have this exact same amp back in the mid nineties and it had a pretty good sound and plenty loud.
Amp is in pretty good condition cosmetically as it does not look like it's been used much. There does look like there is one tear in the tolex on one of the sides of the amp. This tear measures about 7/8" long by 4/8" wide. It looks like the previous owner carefully glued the tolex back in place and the resulting job looks pretty smooth and not rough.
Amp comes with footswitch.
